Doing Business in Panama

In case you missed it, at the Doing Business in Panama Seminar participants were given an overview, sector specific information on requirements, the legal framework and logistics for exporting food and beverage products.
During our market survey mission our Research and Opportunities team met with over 50 buyers who had special interest in food and beverage products. exporTT also re-established linkages with business and trade associates in the market and conducted store visits to major supermarket chains.
Did you know Panama is considered the crossroads for trade in the Americas? It ranks among the region’s most developed and fastest growing economies. Also, under the 2016 Partial Scope Agreement, 230 products from Trinidad and Tobago were granted preferential access into the market.  See the full list of products for your information.
