Sharon Peart-Rose is a Food Technologist working in the Food & Beverage sector for more than twenty five years, 17 of which were with CARIRI. She continues to work closely with local exporting companies in the implementation of food safety management systems and has earned a reputation as a veteran food and beverage technologist & trainer who can make any challenging concept easy to absorb.

Sharon has executed sessions for exporTT such as Risk Assessment, Product and Process Standardization, Food Additives, to name a few, and is no stranger to the exporters of Trinidad and Tobago .
