Naed Jasmin Désiré holds a bachelor degree in law from Paris XII University Val de Marne, a Master’s degree in International Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a master’s degree in International Trade Law from Paris University Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense, and a Masters in International Development Management from Laval University, Canada. She was sworn in as a lawyer at the Port-au-Prince bar in in August 2012 and worked at the law firm Théard et Associés, particularly in the area of ​​business law. Over the last eight years, she has developed her skills in promoting and facilitating investments, improving the business climate, developing the regulatory and legislative framework for public-private partnerships in Haiti, public law, as a jurist in institutions such as the Investment Facilitation Center, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank. In March 2017, she launched the law firm Jasmin, Desire et Associés and currently works for the Prime Minister’s Office.
