The International Trade Centre will be offering the following support:

• Booking, organization and covering costs of the stand at exhibition
• The preparation and coaching for the event
• Guidance on the selection of the products ranges
• Tips for participation in trade shows: materials to have ready, information and other key elements to consider
• Daily subsistence allowances
• ITC will cover the living expenses (accommodation and meal) from 23rd to 30th September 2024 in Santo Domingo.
• Organizing side activities to promote the companies and to engage with other stakeholders (buyers, traders, and peers)

**Please note that flight and visa fees are covered by the company**

Participating companies will commit to:

• Participate and engage in the preparation of the show
• Attending to group calls. Connecting individually with the ITC team for the selection of products and provide inputs for the B2B meetings to set in advance (if it applies)

• Implementing the activities agreed for preparing to the show
• Secure that the products and samples are ready and suitable for the show. Enough quantity and good quality

• Secure payment system for B2C sales: card payments set up
• Prepare and bring materials decoration for the company counter/space in the booth. For example: catalogues, tabletops, or others
• Prepare marketing information
• If the company wants to take a second person: Covering the costs for that participant
• Participate in side-activities (if it applies)
• Attend the show and be at the stand for all the days of the show
• After the event, complete the feedback and results survey
