Export Advisors Roann David and Betty Ann Peters along with General Manager Operations – Maria Padilla-Benjamin are at BPTT Mayaro Resource Centre today for a High Yielding Hot Pepper Production for Export workshop. This workshop is hosted as a partnership with MarVista Institute for Agriculture, Training and Development (M.I.A.T.D), MAFAS Ltd, exporTT Limited and Republic Bank Limited.
Marcus Mycoo – Agronomist / Lead Consultant MITAD along with Nazimool and Nawaz Karim of The Hot Pepper Kings will be taking the 160 farmers present through a series of processes, products and technology aimed at getting higher yields of hot peppers to boost T&T’s export as well as reduce our importation of hot peppers.
