The Registrar General’s Department (RGD) has advised that its Companies Registry Online System (CROS), which will provide Name Reservation, Business Registration and Company Incorporation e-services, is scheduled to be launched on February 1, 2023. Additionally, the Companies Registry has shared these Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on its CROS. We encourage you to thoroughly read the FAQs as these provide valuable information on accessing the CROS and on how to proceed with previously submitted applications.
